At EVEPEACH, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn.
  • Items must be unwashed.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Bodysuits worn without hygiene protection
  • Opened accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as EVEPEACH is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Excessive Returns

EVEPEACH reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive return activity, abuse, or suspected fraudulent behavior.
